By creating an account, accessing any course or workshop material, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Kelilor.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the Platform (such as comments, assignments, or project files), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, we may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

Certain workshops, courses, or features on the Platform may require payment. All fees are displayed at the point of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided where required.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. 6.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
